Opp Biz Dev started out as a place for me to put some business development and opportunity thoughts as they happened. I love to write and this gave me a place to land these synapses as they occurred.
Today I realized, though, that my blogging habits haven't be reflecting my real-life developments adequately. These days I make my primarily living as a "business and technology coach", which is a fancy way of saying I help businesses large and small to make best use out of technology, statistics, and other administrative efficiencies to get the most out of their unique situation.
Also, I'm a HUGE fan of increasing focus, both personally and in one's work. So to have two separate blogs, one for "opportunities" and one for "technology", doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
My Life and Technology blog will change to "Better Business Through Technology" (or "B2T2" :) and focus more on the variety of amazing tech out there today which can be used to increase collaboration, maximize income, imrprove efficiency and just generally get more done per square moment of time.
I'll keep this blog up at least for now since it still gets hits. But for now, all blog efforts are going to be directed to B2T2 and once in a while to my family and health blogs.
